By accessing and using Jobop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Jobop is a digital platform that connects job seekers with employers. We provide tools for profile creation, job matching, application management, and communication between parties. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. This includes but is not limited to: posting false information, harassment, spam, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jobop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jobop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Additional Important Terms

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
